We’re looking for an experienced User Researcher to develop our user knowledge and support our product teams with user insights.

- Execute qualitative and quantitative research for cross-functional product teams
- Execute strategic research for product leadership
- Have an interest of developing our research processes and tools from recruitment, research operations to insight generation – and putting insights into action
- Collaborate with fellow researchers and UX designers to improve the lives of our users every day
- Collaborate with experts from other departments, such as CRM and Data Science

- User-centric mindset and strong motivation to build usable, accessible and performant digital products, preferably for B2B users
- Experience applying qualitative and quantitative research methodologies in digital product development
- Expertise in practice and theory of user experience research
- Ability to present and clearly convey essential insights
- Dedication to stakeholder management, communication and documentation
- Familiarity with user research processes and tools
- Fluent written and spoken English
